How we got here
Wealthtime Limited was established as an independent wrap platform in 2006 and later acquired by AnaCap in October 2020 as its first foray into the UK wealth management market. AnaCap subsequently purchased two further investment platforms - Amber Financial Investments Ltd in 2020 and Novia Financial plc in 2021. The assets and customers of Amber Financial Investments Ltd were migrated to the Novia Financial plc platform in 2022 and Novia Financial plc was rebranded to Wealthtime in 2023.
Copia Capital Management was established as the discretionary investment management arm of Novia Financial plc in 2013. AnaCap made its latest acquisition in the wealth management market, through the purchase of Craven Street Wealth, a chartered financial planning business. The financial planning business perfectly complements the existing investment management and investment platform businesses. The Quanta Group was set up as a holding company for all three businesses in January 2025.
