Craven Street Wealth appoints new Managing Director

Craven Street Wealth, one of the UK’s leading independent and Chartered financial planning firms, has announced the appointment of Caroline Hawkesley as Managing Director, effective 1 March 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

This strategic appointment strengthens the firm’s leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth, supported by continued investment in people, technology, and operational infrastructure.

 

Strengthening Leadership for Continued Growth

Craven Street Wealth is focused on expanding its high-quality, advice-led financial planning proposition, built on modern technology platforms, a strong operational backbone and an increasing presence across London and the South of England.

Caroline brings substantial operational, leadership and group-level experience, which will be instrumental as the firm advances its long-term growth strategy. Her appointment supports the planned integration of Pharon Independent Financial Advisers, acquired in 2025, with full integration targeted during 2026.

 

A Growing Team Supporting Clients Across the South of England

The firm now employs more than 120 professionals, including around 30 Financial Planners, supporting clients with approximately £3bn in assets under advice (AUA).
