Quanta Group appoints new Chief Operating Officer
Harriet Griffin has been announced as Chief Operating Officer of The Quanta Group, the parent organisation behind Wealthtime, Copia Capital and Craven Street Wealth.

Quanta Group has confirmed the arrival of Harriet Griffin as their new Group Chief Operating Officer, with her role commencing in March 2026. The introduction of this position reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its executive leadership model, supporting sustained expansion and ensuring cohesive oversight across its three specialist businesses.
Bringing extensive experience to the Quanta Group
Harriet joins Quanta Group with more than 18 years’ experience in financial services, having built a career spanning operational leadership, business integration, transformation, HR and technology. She previously held the COO role at Perspective, and earlier served as COO at Kingswood Group, following seven years in senior management roles at Charles Stanley.
Her academic background includes a degree from the University of Bath and an MBA from Cranfield University. She is a Chartered Member of the CISI and contributes to the CISI Membership Committee.
Strengthening the Quanta Group’s leadership framework
Harriet’s appointment follows Quanta Group’s establishment in 2025 after its acquisition of Craven Street Wealth. The Group leadership team now encompasses centralised roles across Finance, Risk and Operations, with the COO responsible for leading shared functions including People, Transformation, IT, Change and Group Communications.
